Pros are: - location - customer service provided by staffs - room (B 203 specifically) - bed was comfy - cleanliness - the extra services; sauna, gym & karaoke room - hairdryer - WiFi - parking spot VALUE FOR MONEY 💰 Would recommend and would like to stay whenever we're in Sibu. My family & I were satisfy Just heads-up since there's no elevator and if you're given the second floor, the stairs are steep. Photos were taken before I check out.

One of the best hotel in town. I like the cleanliness, hot shower, nice aircond, very comfy bed and best price ever.

The room was clean and the staff are super nice. Ample parking space in front of the building (no parking coupon needed). Breakfast was included with several choices of food, hot & cold drink. Got filtered water dispenser. Feels secure as it needs card to access anywhere. Didn't have the time to try the sauna & gym but i will if i have another chance. Overall, good enough for a short transit stay like mine. Very good value with the rate they charge.
